Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. On average, customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. When ordering please ensure the correct address. 

RETURN POLICY

​Our goal at Haus of A. Jae is to give you great quality hair for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our products and customer service. At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All purchases are final. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
